We are a specialty door company and we work mostly in the King and Snohomish counties of Washington state. We commonly work with general contractors, remodeling companies, and designers that are working on new construction and remodel, both residential and commercial. Also, we work with property managers, DIYers and individual homeowners on their own residential needs. Look below for common questions.

Can we order custom doors from you?
Absolutely! Have a great design and vision for your home? We will work with you to get the details right and find a custom door that suits your needs.

​​​What kind of services to do you offer?
We can repair doors, match existing door frames with a new door, custom hang new doors, provide site measuring and walkthrough, delivery, and more. ​

Do you deliver only to King and Snohomish County?
We are available to deliver outside that radius. Our delivery rates may increase depending on your area. We do not travel outside of Washington state and we may be limited due to selected ferries and highways.

Do you only provide doors?
We can provide you with door hardware from handles, deadbolts, pocket door hardware, special hinges, door pulls, door catches (magnetic, ball, and roller) and so much more. We work with hardware vendors such as Emtek, Kwikset, Schlage, Baldwin, Ashley Norton, etc. Also, we can provide you with trim, millwork, jambs and hardwood in all different sizes and forms from millwork vendors such as Metrie, Gascoigne, Hardwood Industries and Coast Lumber. If you are looking for custom millwork, we work with local custom woodworkers and can help find you find the profile you are looking for. Other items like pocket door frames from vendors like Le Johnson, Cavity Sliders and Hawa sliding systems.

Do you install doors?
At this time, although, we do not offer installation services, we work with a lot of people who do, and we are compiling a list of recommendations that we can offer you for our trusted installers. We encourage all homeowners that we work with to have an installer or contractor that they trust to install our doors.
Is my door left-hand or right-hand swing?
Great question! This is something that is very important for us to be on the same page as our customers. There are so many different ways to determine handing and even our vendors partnerships vary. For us, it is all about what side the barrel of the hinge is visible. When you are on the side of the door where you are pulling the door towards yourself to open, which side of the door can you see the barrel of the hinges? If the barrel of the hinges is on the right, then it is right-handed and visa-versa. For Interbay Door, Outswing and Inswing only pertains to exterior doors. Handing is the same as below, and are you pulling the door towards yourself when you are outside or when you are inside? ​
​​What is your turn around time?
It depends on what you order. If the products that you are looking for are common, they will most likely be in stock with our manufacturers and can be a 1-to-4-week turnaround. If you are ordering something large or with custom details, it can be closer to a 12-to-16-week turnaround, as your item needs to be constructed prior to delivery. ​

I need to replace my door; can you match to my existing jamb and door frame?
Yes, we can. If you bring us your existing door, we can match your new door to your existing and it will fit where the old door fits without having to replace the frame. Need other trick and tips when replacing a door? Check out our blog.

What do you carry in stock?
Generally, we order items to your specifications. We work with our suppliers to provide the best possible lead times and proactively work with you to get you doors on site at the right time. ​​​​
